45 Minute Session - $55
60 Minute Session - $70
Connect over video call and I will tailor a workout to your needs and the equipment you have on hand. Or come in person and use my personal equipment to your advantage!
Small Group Personal Training
45 Minute Session - $40 per person
60 Minute Session - $50 per person
Hang out with your friends and get a killer workout while you are at it! Each person will get a workout tailored to fit their needs.

1. Prenatal Program - 30 weeks to follow you along through your pregnancy ~ $80
2. Postpartum Program - 8 week program to give you strength once you are cleared post baby! Retrain your core from the inside out & work on functional movements that are part of everyday life ~ $40
3. Booty Builder Program - 8 week program to combat the “mom butt” or just any one with a flat butt! Building the glutes is the key to gaining core strength, combating lower back pain, & feeling confident again ~ $40
