Hey there - I’m Natalie!
I’m a mom of three, a pediatric critical care nurse, and a personal trainer passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum.
Services
1:1 Virtual or In-Person Training
Private training sessions offered virtual or in person, tailored to your body, your goals, and the stage of motherhood you’re in. Virtual sessions are designed around the equipment you have at home, while in-person training provides access to my personal training equipment for a fully guided experience.
Small Group Personal Training
Train together, have fun, and get a great workout along the way. Each participant receives a personalized workout based on their individual needs and fitness level.
